Instructions for Tying a Scarf; with a Wrap and Scrunchie
HOW TO MAKE
A SCARF
These are just two of many options.
The scarf can be worn long or short.
The plastic coated wire inside allows the scarf to be bent into any shape and it will stay exactly where it is placed.
Place the wrap around the neck.
Take the two ends and knot them (like the beginning of a shoelace).
Place two fingers on that knot and scrunch up the 2 ends.
Do not do this too tightly, a fluffy bow is better.
The scarf can worn like this.
To create a more decorative fuller look.
The scrunchie is placed over the ends to make a rosette.
